Our video transfer services consist of two basic levels of transfer: SimpleDub, and EditReady. Available optional services (for EditReady projects only), including color correction, custom chapter points, and Navigation Menus are outlined below.

Our SimpleDub video transfer is a no-frills, high quality transfer from VHS, S-VHS, Hi-8. or Mini-DV tape to playable DVD. Chapter points are automatically inserted at 5-10 minute intervals for easy navigation. Price includes one copy of your transfer (including label & DVD case); additional copies are available upon request.

For customers with more specialized output needs, or who require Custom Editing or other optional services (such as color correction, navigation menus, custom chapter points, etc.), we provide our EditReady video transfer service. Utilizing professional quality video capturing equipment, our EditReady service has several additonal benefits over our SimpleDub service, including free basic cleanup (trimming) of the beginning and end of your transfers, and built-in advanced hardware stabilization of your video during the transfer process.

Available output formats include: Video DVD, AVI, MPEG, Quicktime,WM9, and iPod ACE. If you need your video in a format not listed here, please email us - we can probably make it happen.

Analog to Digital provides a number of customizable options to enhance your video projects, from creative editing to in-depth color correction and noise reduction treatments. (Note: optional services are only available in conjunction with our EditReady transfer process.)

Looking to give your home videos a more polished look? We can create attractive Navigation Menus, complete with thumbnail images of each chapter for a more intuitive viewing experience. Need color correction, noise reduction, or other restorative services? We have a wide array of tools to help make your video look its best - just indicate any issues you would like us to address in the "Additional Instructions" section on our Order Form, and we'll let you know what can be done.

All time-based optional services (including linear editing, color correction, and custom chapter point placement) are charged by the hour, at our standard Custom Editing rate of $50/hour or work.

Many of our customers tell us the reason they want to digitize their old videos is so they can free up some space by getting rid of bulky stacks of aging cassettes. Analog to Digital has come up with a solution that benefits our customers, and our society! By checking the Donate/Recycle My Materials box on our order form, you can designate all or part of your order for reuse. Video cassettes are shipped to a recycling plant on the East Coast, where they are dismantled and completely recycled.

Analog to Digital will store your materials on-site for an entire month to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your transfers prior to donating or recycling them.
